  • This policy applies only to products purchased through this website.
  • You will receive a full refund if the item is returned in its original condition, excluding the original shipping cost.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.(After the warranty period)
  • Returned products must remain in original condition. MOXI reserves the right to deny a refund if the product is damaged. This includes cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or crushed parts.
  • Customers assume responsibility for loss or damage during return transit to the MOXI Support Center.
  • MOXI does not accept returns for products purchased through Amazon or other distributors. Please contact the original seller for assistance with those returns.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email whether your refund has been approved or denied.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.
  • Some refunds may take until your next billing cycle to appear. Please contact your bank or credit card company for specific timelines.

Exchanges

We generally replace items only if they are defective or damaged through no fault of the customer. However, we may consider other situations on a case-by-case basis.

To request an exchange for the same item, email us at shopify@moxisens.com with details about the issue. Please do not send any products back unless we specifically request it.

  • Photos of damaged merchandise

Inspection and Resolution

After receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it to verify the issue. If the defect is covered under warranty, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the item at no additional cost to you. If the product is no longer available, we may offer a comparable replacement or a refund of the original purchase price.

Exclusions

  • The warranty does not cover products that have been repaired or modified by unauthorized persons.
  • Any attempt to open or tamper with the product will void the warranty.
