Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed. In such cases, we will notify you by email.
Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped via UPS.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the delivery location.
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):
- Continental U.S.: 5-7 business days
- Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: 5–10 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen issues.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a UPS tracking number.
Tracking details typically become active within 24 hours.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks the shipment as delivered. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at shopify@moxisens.com so we can assist with filing a claim with UPS.
